Hair Tattoo in Brisbane

The result is decided by the hairline and by how restrained the density is. Neither is a matter of equipment, and both are worth understanding before you book a flight.

There is no clinic in Brisbane. Treatment is delivered at Foli Sim North Melbourne.

Brisbane to Melbourne is one of the busiest routes in the country, so flights are frequent and cheap enough to plan around. One night per session is the realistic shape of it.

The hairline decides everything

The failure mode is always the same: a line that sits too low, runs too straight, and ends too abruptly. It looks strong on the day and unmistakable in a photograph six weeks later.

What works is softer — an irregular edge, temple points that recede the way they would have naturally, and a density that fades out. If you are torn between two options, the more conservative one ages better.

A look that survives the climate

Brisbane is unusually hard on this work, for one reason: sunlight. Strong overhead light is the least forgiving condition for scalp work, and it is also your normal daylight for much of the year.

That argues for restraint in the density chosen. Work that reads as natural indoors but slightly heavy in direct sun will be seen in direct sun most days.

Full shave, or blended density

A shaved look is the most predictable. Blended density works through the hair you have, softening the contrast that makes thinning obvious without changing how you wear it.

These are individual results and are not a prediction of yours. What is achievable depends on the pattern and stage of your loss, your skin, and how the loss behaves from here.

What an assessment establishes

  1. 1.
Which process is causing the loss

Pattern loss, telogen effluvium, traction and scarring alopecia look similar in a mirror and behave nothing alike. The examination separates them, because the answer decides which routes are worth discussing at all.

  2. 2.
Whether it is stable or still moving

Loss that is still progressing changes what any treatment can hold. It is the difference between planning around a fixed area and planning around one that will keep widening, and it is judged from history and examination rather than a single photograph.

  3. 3.
Which routes are available to you, and which are not

Donor supply, scalp condition, skin type and how the loss is behaving each rule options in or out. You leave knowing what is on the table and what is not, without a price attached to the conversation.

Questions about the look

Where would I actually be treated?

North Melbourne. There is no Brisbane clinic.

Will it look right in strong sunlight?

If the density is restrained, yes. Overhead sun is the harshest test and it is worth designing for it rather than for indoor light.

Does sweating affect the healed result?

Not once healed. In the first four days after a session it does, which is worth planning around in summer.

Can I keep a beard?

Yes. The transition between beard and scalp is planned deliberately, because an abrupt change reads more obviously than either does alone.

How does it age?

It softens over years, faster with sun exposure. A refresh at some point is normal.

What should I look at when judging examples?

Healed work at several months, on faces roughly like yours. Fresh work always looks sharper than it settles.

Scalp micropigmentation is what Foli Sim delivers. Send photos and get an assessment.
