Information, not medical advice

This site is an information library about hair loss and its treatment. It is general information only. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified practitioner who has examined you and taken your history. Reading this site, or receiving a reply to an enquiry made through it, does not create a practitioner–patient relationship.

Content is reviewed by a named reviewer on the date shown on each page, and reflects the position at that date. If anything on this site conflicts with what a practitioner who has examined you tells you, follow the practitioner.

No promise of results

Nothing on this site promises a treatment outcome. Where results are shown, they are individual results and are identified as such. What any treatment can achieve for you depends on your diagnosis, your scalp and how your loss behaves, none of which a website can know.

Enquiries and assessments

Submitting the assessment form is a request for contact, not a booking or a contract for treatment. Treatment, if any, is provided by Foli Sim under its own arrangements and consents, made with you directly. Assessments given in response to photographs are preliminary observations only and are subject to in-person examination.

Using the site

The content of this site — text, figures, diagrams and photographs — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without consent. You may link to it, quote it fairly with attribution, and read it as much as you like. Do not use the site to submit false enquiries, probe or disrupt its operation, or misrepresent your identity.

Third-party links

Where the site links to external resources, those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, the site is provided as-is, we do not warrant it is error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site in place of individual professional advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
