Medical Hair Restoration Australia resident trichologist Kate Dawes will join experts in her field from all over the world when she attends the 2014 International Conference in May.
To be held on May 4, 5 and 6, the conference will take place at the New Generational Embassy Suites in San Antonio, Texas.
More than 100 international delegates are expected to attend the two day conference which will hear about the latest research on topics such as hair loss related to digestive problems, the psychological impact of hair loss and supporting patients with the hair pulling disorder, trichotillomania.
Kate, who was a guest speaker at the Australian Trichology Conference in Brisbane last year, is dedicated to bringing her patients the latest developments in the field.
Kate presentation to the Brisbane conference focused on the affects of energy drinks on people with a genetic predisposition to hair loss.
Kate, who has an impassioned interest in the link between nutrition and hair loss, works in conjunction with Martinick Hair Restoration’s Dr Jennifer Martinick, to provide holistic medical solutions for men and women affected by hair loss.
